annual membership meeting

La Quinta Inn, Glenwood Springs, Colorado

After a quorum was determined to be sufficient, the annual meeting unit 364 was called to order by Pres. Keith Nichols.

Motion was made to waive the reading of the 2018 annual meeting minutes and passed unanimously. Leo Williams unit treasurer introduced the budget for 2019 and an expense report 2018. After discussion clarifies several points motion was made to accept the budget as amended it passed unanimously.

Keith introduced some of the new programs of unit 364 notably the new player support rants program and the support for clubs program. After discussion clarification of the constraints in the program.

The last item on the agenda was the election of directors. The terms of three directors expired this meeting. They were Don’s flyers, Helen Bledsoe, and Bert Solomon. Bert is term limited not run again. Helen did not indicate a desire to run again. Don agreed to serve another term. This left two slots open. Sharon Snyder from Grand Junction nominated Randy field and there were no further nominations motion was made to those nominations and except by acclamation the two candidates Don and Randy the motion passed unanimously in the election were ended.

No further business, the meeting was adjourned.
