A Colorado West Unit 364, Inc. Board Meeting was held the evening of August 9, 2014 at the Grand Vista Hotel in Grand Junction following the 3:00 PM session of the Peach Sectional on the same day as the Unit’s Annual Meeting.

 

Attendance: Helen Bledsoe, Jackie Hurlbutt, Nick Larkin, Jean Paradis, Sharon Snyder, Bert Solomon, Judy Tirpack

 

The sole purpose of the meeting was to elect a new President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

 

Bert Solomon nominated Jackie Hurlbutt to be President. Nick Larkin seconded the nomination. The motion was approved

 

Bert Solomon nominated Nick Larkin to be Vice President. Jean Paradis seconded the nomination. The motion was approved.

 

Bert Soloman nominated Pam Elsner to be Secretary. Nick Larkin seconded the nomination. The motion was approved.

 

Bert Solomon nominated Sharon Snyder to be Treasurer. Jackie Hurlbutt seconded the nomination. The motion was approved.
